Kosciusko County Jail
· This was a very
complex project to include an addition and renovation to the
existing facility. Keeping in mind this project required a tight
timeframe for construction, Pauly Jail completed the project
3 months ahead of schedule.
· Pauly Jail contributed 10% savings towards the total
project finishing nearly $2 million dollars under the construction
budget.
· With the addition of 92 metal cells being placed in
the DEC's bid package, Pauly Jail coordinated with the the GC
to have the cells arrive at the jobsite 13 weeks prior to the
scheduled due date. This, of course, created greater flexibility
for the GC to move the project towards a faster completion date. |
