  • Pauly Jail Building Company Vice President 1985-1991
  • Fifth generation family member to run the company
  • Developed the first of its kind National Training and Educational Seminar for correctional projects. Its attendees consist of Architects, Owners, Engineers, Construction Managers, and Sheriffs.
  • Creator of the complete Bid Listing Form, which lists all of the key manufacturers and the DEC - now being used by Architects, Owners, and States all over the country
  • Graduated University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management 1980

 

Regina Maltese
Chief Financial Officer: 2002 - Present

  • Responsible for all financial well-being of the company by providing financial projections and accounting services
  • Manages and directs accounting personnel
  • Develops financial organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations regarding strategic thinking and direction
  • Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements
  • Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community
  • Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements
  • Graduated University of Indianapolis Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (03’) and Accounting (04’) and a Masters of Business Administration (09’)

 

 Jared Bailey
Vice President of Operations: 2009 - Present

  • Oversees Project Management
  • Oversees Preconstruction and Design Build/Assist Projects
  • Management and scheduling of field superintendents
  • Project related responsibilities:
  • Coordination of critical field activities
  • Project scheduling and critical material deliveries
  • Involved in the construction of over one hundred and fifty (150) correctional facilities
  • Graduated Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2005
