Branch County Jail - Coldwater, MI

Scope: The Branch County Jail Project includes construction of a brand-new facility behind the county's current facility. The new county jail will be roughly 41,000 square feet that will include two hundred-twenty (220) beds. Once the new jail is complete, they will demolish the old facility.

Pauly Jail Building Company scope of work included furnishing and installing: modular controls, security electronics, security glass, mesh, enclosures, padded cells, mezzanine, stairs, detention furnishings, detention hardware/ locks, prefabricated modular steel cells, and security hollow metal.

Completion Date: 9/2021

Overall Construction Cost: $22,000,000.00
