Cass County Sheriff's Office Addition & Renovation - Logansport, IN

Scope: The Cass County Sheriff's Office Addition and Renovation project is an expansion of the county's current facility to proactively prevent overcrowding in the future. The addition and renovation will add over one hundred-and-fifty (150) additional beds, increasing the total bed count to over three hundred-and-sixty (360). The project will also add an additional 47,000 square feet of space to the facility. 

Pauly Jail Building Company scope of work included furnishing and installing: security glazing, security windows, security mesh/ enclosures, padded cells, detention furnishings, mezzanine stairs, detention furnishings, security electronics, modular steel cells, security hollow metal, and detention equipment.

Overall Construction Cost: $18,000,000.00
