Scope: This project consists of a new 76,307 SF jail addition and 4,240 SF renovation to the existing Greene County Adult Detention Center facility. The addition to the existing facility will consist of a 250 bed housing addition consisting of two separate housing wings, and 14 separate dayroom spaces. The addition will also include a booking / intake area, vehicle sally port, jail lobby, medical, dental, classrooms, and outdoor recreation spaces as well as a penthouse mechanical area. Renovated spaces will include the sheriff’s office, receiving/loading dock, kitchen, and laundry inside the existing Adult Detention Center administrative wing as well as retrofitting of the entire security electronics system to consolidate controls under one integrated system. The existing ADC has an additional 166 beds that will remain.
Pauly Jail is tasked with furnishing and installing security glazing, security mesh, detention furnishings, toilet accessories, detention hardware, and security hollow metal.
