Kent County Juvenile Detention Center - Grand Rapids, MI

Scope: The Kent County Juvenile Detention Center Design Assist project included constructing a new 45,000-square-foot addition to the current facility. This new addition included seventy-two (72) beds, and it was constructed while the existing facility remained open. In addition, there were renovations to the existing facility, specifically in the administrative areas of the building.

Pauly Jail Building Company scope of work included furnishing and installing: security hardware, security hollow metal doors/ frames, and detention furnishings.

Completion Date: 6/2019

Overall Construction Cost: $18,000,000.00
