Lee County Law Enforcement Center - Dixon, IL

Scope: The Lee County Law Enforcement Center project consists of new construction of a 36,000-square-foot facility that will house ninety (90) beds. The one-story building will include mezzanines with an observation deck that allows supervision of both levels of cells for the safety of jail staff and inmates. The law enforcement center will also house sheriff offices, storage areas, and a sally port.

As of January 2019, the design/build portion of the project is expected to be three (3) months ahead of schedule and under 6.7 percent of the original cost estimate of $18.5 million.

Pauly Jail Building Company scope of work included furnishing and installing: security hardware, locking devices, security hollow metal doors/ frames, security glass/ glazing, security electronics, detention furniture, security mesh, security ceilings, and detention accessories.
