Scope: The Terrell PDC Conversion Housing Units Project is a renovation and addition to the existing DOC PDC in Dawson, Georgia. The project includes a new fifty-six (56) bed housing building that includes support, multipurpose, and recreation areas. The project consisted of setting sixty-three (63) steel cells and installing security hollow metal, detention furniture, and security electronics.
