Scope: The Wayne County Criminal Justice Center Complex Project includes the construction of a four (4) building criminal justice complex located in the heart of Detroit, Michigan. The project is owned by Rock Development Company, and the project has been started to replace the incomplete Gratiot jail project. The Criminal Justice Center Complex is anticipated to be completed sometime in 2022.
Pauly Jail Building Company scope of work includes furnishing and installing modular steel cells manufactured by SteelCell of North America.
